By using Road Radar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app is
Road Radar shows road events in Phuket — police checks, accidents, traffic jams, floods, hazards and closures — reported and confirmed by other riders. Events are user reports, not official information. They may be late, wrong or already gone. Road Radar is not affiliated with the police or any government agency.
Ride safely
Always follow traffic laws and watch the road. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while riding or driving. Stop safely before you report or read the screen.
Lawful use
Do not use the app to break the law, to avoid or interfere with police checks, or to help others do so. Never ride or drive after drinking alcohol or using drugs, and never speed. Road Radar is for planning a safer trip, not for escaping traffic rules.
Your account
You need an account (Sign in with Apple or Google) to send reports. Answering “Still there?” works without signing in. Keep access to your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete account.
Your reports
Report only what you see on the road, at the place where it is. Do not send false, misleading or repeated reports, and do not try to manipulate events or confirmations. You give us permission to show your reports to other users without your name.
What we may do
We may hide reports, limit how often you can report, and block accounts that break these terms, to keep the map accurate and safe.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or available at all times. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app or relying on its information.

Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
